Recent Creations

I had been putting off doing a layout with these pictures because they were older photos and the colors just didn't inspire me. But I recently got this paper and stamp kit from Close to My Heart and it worked really well with these photos! The story behind them is that Emma climbed into the oven of her play-kitchen and told Ella to "Cook Me for 30 Minutes!" Everything you see on this layout is from Close to My Heart with a few exceptions. The dark brown scalloped strip is from Bazzill. The letters are cut out from the Cricut on CTMH paper, and I also used Crystal Lacquer on the letters to add shine, and Stickles on the flowers for sparkle.

I still had plenty of paper in my pack to do several more layouts, and I really liked how this paper complimented these photos. Again, the photos are old, I think from 2006, but I liked them, and this was Ella's 1st swim, so I had to document it! Again, everything is CTMH, with just letters diecut on the Cricut and Crystal Lacquer and Stickles added. I'm quite pleased with how these turned out! It is kind of rare when a layout just comes together for me, so I'm pretty happy when they do!
